Peter’s advice in recent case Expert Witness case wins/settlements has been said to be pivotal. This is because his experience in the details of managing a glass container manufacturing operation was necessary to delve into the required level of detail for agreeing an appropriate  settlement.

That depth knowledge is necessary to understand how the details in the actions (or inactions) of a glass plant affect the quality of the product produced and released to the market.

Also, in glass plant defense cases, it may be to show, beyond reasonable doubt, where the claims brought against a plant cannot be considered reasonable, where that is believed to be the case.

This is all and only according to the facts of the case and to present the reality of the matter as viewed by an expert in the subject matter.

Subjects under consideration will be considered solely upon the facts available and an honest opinion will be given.

This allows the attorney to view the matter in the light of reality, rather than what their ultimate client might want to be the case.

Glass Manufacturing Process Specialist Training - Expert Level Teaching !

As a flavor for other areas of work by Peter, he gets involved in assisting with perhaps the often least-invested area in the glass container industry, which is expert-level training.

Bespoke training is arranged depending upon glass plant training needs. Recent examples include Narrow Neck Press & Blow (NNPB) Set-Up and Operational Training (pictured above).

Training has also been made available for customers of the glass industry to give them a more detailed understanding of the glass-making process.

Good training could prevent some of the issues that have unfortunately become legal cases.

NNPB and pressurised glass containers is a combination that needs handling correctly and thoroughly due to risk of breakage and even bottle explosion under internal pressure.

Process knowledge on critical matters to ensure safe glass container production is therefore key and this needs to be represented in the Plant's procedures.
